Experience an evening of innovative culinary craftsmanship as guest chef Zach Laidlaw joins Executive Chef Glenn Thompson to present an inspired menu paired with exceptional wines from Orin Swift.

Both chef and farmer at Hua Momona Farms, Laidlaw is known for his organically managed microgreens and immersive farm‑driven culinary experiences. One of Maui’s most dynamic chefs, he was also a finalist on FOX’s Next Level Chef with Gordon Ramsay. Must be 21 and older to attend.
