Join us for an exceptional four‑course dining experience as celebrated guest chef Andrew Le teams up with Banyan Tree Chef de Cuisine Ignacio Carballo to showcase an elevated Vietnamese‑inspired menu, artfully paired with Rombauer wines.

A leading figure in Hawai‘i’s culinary landscape, Le is acclaimed for blending his Vietnamese heritage with bold, modern flavors. As the owner and chef of Honolulu’s award‑winning The Pig & The Lady, which also boasts an international outpost in Tokyo, he has earned multiple James Beard Award nominations and numerous local honors, including Best Restaurant on O‘ahu from Honolulu Magazine’s Hale ‘Aina Awards.

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America and mentored by Chef George Mavrothalassitis, Le continues to captivate diners with inventive Southeast Asian–inspired cuisine rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and deep respect for every ingredient. Must be 21 or older to attend.
