The Buffet at Hyatt is eager to welcome guests and Kama’aina for an Easter feast. In addition to beloved Korean BBQ classics, seafood, and sushi, special menu additions include: Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint Chimichurri, Rosemary & Hawaiian Salt Crusted Prime Rib with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream, Spiral Guava Glazed Ham, Carrot Cake, and Grasshopper Mini Tarts.

Native Birds Easter Egg Search

From Friday, April 3rd through Sunday, April 5th, we encourage guests and visitors to explore our Native Birds Easter Egg search. This interactive Easter Egg search with a Hawaiian twist, will be a fun onsite activity that features a variety of Native birds to discover and and the “treats” they offer us in Hawaiʻi. Guests who take a picture with each native bird will receive exclusive promotions – 20% off lunch at SWIM Restaurant + Bar from 11AM-2PM, as well as a double donation to Oʻahu Charity Walk when purchasing a Birds of Paradise cocktail.
