Rooted in Place: A Harvest Dinner

Join 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay for Rooted in Place: A Harvest Dinner, a monthly five-course dining experience celebrating Kauaʻi's seasonal harvest and Hawaiian food traditions. Hosted by Culinary Director Pete Ghione, each dinner features ingredients grown at Waipā Foundation, with stories from a Waipā educator about the land and the food. A sommelier-guided wine pairing is included, and $25 from every ticket supports Waipā Foundation. Upcoming dinners are scheduled for August 26 and September 23, 2026.
