One of the best parts of being on vacation is capping off your day with a spectacular dinner, and that’s easy to do when you’re staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village. In fact, the delicious evening you’ve been craving is just footsteps away from your room at the resort’s first-class dining destination, Bali Oceanfront. But even better, even early risers can partake of scrumptious meal, with a side of sunny ocean views — breakfast service is now available at the restaurant as well.

But if dinner plans include Bali Oceanfront, it’s a meal you won’t soon forget. Perched above Waikiki Beach in the hotel’s Rainbow Tower, the open-airrestaurant overlooks the turquoise splendor of the Pacific Ocean, making it the perfect place to wine and dine while admiring a picturesque Hawaiian sunset.

Once settled at your table, dine the night away on first-class steak and seafood prepared through the culinary vision of Island Harvest Cuisine. As Bali’s name suggests, the restaurant’s menu is inspired by an exotic array of island cultures to accentuate its elegant surf-and-turf fare. The biggest source of inspiration, however, comes from flavors of the Hawaiian Islands, as the eatery works closely with local farmers and meat and fish purveyors to secure a fresh taste of paradise for all who want to savor it.

When it comes to carnivorous cravings, you’ll taste the difference in an array of complexly flavored, carefully handled cuts on Bali’s menu, from Bone-In N.Y. Strip to the deliciously decadent Grilled Delmonico.

In addition to the most succulent of meats, Bali’s recently revamped menu also includes an array of surf-inspired bites that utilize the best in locally caught fish. Sink your teeth into the Island Catch of the Day, served with hearts of palm, watercress, baby potatoes and tomato-ogo butter.

But even before the main course, Bali Oceanfront’s starters will certainly whet your appetite. A few appetizers to note include the Kawamata Tomato and Mozzarella salad with balsamic gel, pickled Maui onion, kukui nuts and Kona salt in addition to the ever-popular Kalihi Kai Garlic Shrimp served with Kahuku corn. The variety of offerings available will be sure to please.

Bali Oceanfront is home to a host of specials and holiday menus throughout the years, so regardless of when you dine, be sure to ask your server about the latest flavors available. And don’t forget, if you’re a morning person, you’re welcome to dine at this HHV gem as well — its elevated version of the Loco Moco is a must-try while, the blueberry and lemon cream French toast gives the traditional breakfast entrée a tart twist. It’s a meal to remember as you overlook the sparkling waters of the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon.
