USDA prime beef is aged and trimmed on site to create tender, flavorful steaks cooked over fragrant, Hawaiian kiawe wood. We believe this process retains the tenderness and taste of the meat while reducing the fat content appreciably. The native Hawaiian Kiawe wood cooks with a more intense, even heat and compliments the flavor of our fine beef.
Long known for it’s table side preparations, Hy’s offers such classics as Caesar Salad, Warm Spinach Salad and many flambé items such as Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee all prepared at your table.

We are very proud of our recently renovated private dining room, now known as “The Executive Level”. This private dining area will accommodate up to 25 guests.
