Hula tells Hawaii’s story with the graceful hands of talented dancers, some trained from childhood in this intricate ancient art of dance and chant. Celebrate Kona's spectacular sunsets with live Hawaiian music and beautiful hula performed by the dancers of Halau Ka'eaikahelelani, under the direction of kumu hula Yuki Ka'ea Lyons and Lily Kahelelani Lyons Dudoit. Everyone's invited to bring lawn chairs or beach mats and enjoy the evening as the sun begins its journey over the horizon. As Hawaiian Sunset Saturday comes to a close, attendees can extend the evening at one of many nearby restaurants. Parking is available; coolers are not permitted.

Banana Poka RoundUp is set for Sunday, May 26, 2019 at the Koke‘e Civilian Conservation Corps Camp in Koke‘e State Park. It takes place from 10am and ends by 4pm.
