Hawaii.com launched its new look on April 1, 2015. A new year brings new ways to earn points, new contests, and much more! For those who became a Hawaii.com member prior to April 1, 2015 and have not logged in yet on the new site, your member accounts must also need to make the switch. But don’t worry, it’s a simple two-step process! Find out how below.
Step 1: Logging In
At the top of each page, there is a white navigation bar. To the far right of it, click “Login”. If you’re using a mobile phone, click the icon at the top of every page and then click “Login”. Then proceed to log in with your email and password and click “Log In”.
If nothing happened when you clicked “Login”, your Javascript may be disabled. Please enable it in your web browser.
Step 2: Create a Username
Hawaii.com members are now given usernames as an added feature. Existing members will need to create a username on their first login to the new site. On this next screen, create a username in the first field. Please do not use your email address as your username. Double-check that all your personal information are correct. Lastly, check the first box saying that you have read and understood the Terms of Use and click “Submit”.
Did you get a “unique identifier exists” error? This means that your username is already taken. Please create a different one.
Step 3: Have Fun
If you successfully completed the two steps above, you should now be logged in. Explore the new Member’s Dashboard, check out the new ways to earn points on Hawaii.com, and start finding Mr. Pineapple! Enjoy and have fun!
