For history buffs, Body Glove offers the Captain Cook Dinner Cruise. Begin your tour at the Kailua Pier and set sail for Captain Cook’s Monument in Kealakekua Bay. Along the way, a local historian shares tales and legends of old Hawaii while you sip a tropical cocktail or glass of wine. The first drink is on the house! When you arrive in Kealakekua Bay, you’ll hear the dramatic story of Captain Cook’s encounter with early Hawaiians and how he eventually met his demise. Dinner aboard the Body Glove is prepared with lots of aloha and includes delicious local fare such as Kalua pork and cabbage, and Lomi Lomi salmon, as well as more traditional fare like beef brisket, chicken, tossed green salad and more.
