Numerous airlines operate daily routes from the mainland United States to Honolulu International Airport on the island of Oahu — including Hawaiian Airlines, Continental, United, Northwest, Delta and American. Various international carriers also arrive daily. Some fly directly to Maui, Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii, but many visitors reach Neighbor Islands by flying to Honolulu and continuing to their final destination on interisland air carriers. Smaller air carriers service the Islands of Molokai and Lanai.
